In it there is practically no genuine milk, instead of sugar not the best substitutes are used and there are vegetable fats much. Therefore it is better to cook house ice cream from milk, cream and fruit.

At the menu of a frozen diet there has to be a boiled meat and fish, seafood, vegetables and fruit. It is possible to eat soup from a celery and to drink smuz.
