Frozen diet – we grow thin on sweet

The diet on ice cream is a dream of all sweet teeth. The frozen diet allows "to freeze" the kilograms. It is as if unreal did not sound, but one of the reasons of excess weight is a lack of calcium of an organism of which in ice cream it is enough. Besides in a sweet delicacy there is a full set of useful nutrients.



Reviews of a diet on ice cream testify to efficiency of such way of weight loss. Unfortunately, ice cream which is on sale in our shops is far from an ideal. In it there is practically no genuine milk, instead of sugar not the best substitutes are used and there are vegetable fats much. Therefore it is better to cook house ice cream from milk, cream and fruit.

At the menu of a frozen diet there has to be a boiled meat and fish, seafood, vegetables and fruit. It is possible to eat soup from a celery and to drink smuz. The main idea of a diet – after each meal it is necessary to eat a portion of ice cream (about 250 calories). Such tasty way to grow thin yields quite good results.
